We want each homeowner who reaches Allowingvalid Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you said and what they replied.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Allowingvalid Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
If your concern is about how a pesticide was applied, you may also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Minnesota.

We acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
